Ordering Process

There are two ways to order: The easiest way to order is by using our webcart on our website, it is totally secure and very easy to use. The second way is to phone your order through to us, if you are in the UK call us on 01963-31137, if you are phoning from outside the UK call +44 (0) 196331137

Delivery

We will despatch your order within 48 hours of it being placed subject to, stock levels, Company closure and bank holidays. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you.

Delivery can be made selected by either of the following (UK)

Standard Delivery - We use Royal Mail - First Class Post - charges are made as a flat rate of £3.99 - this is for parcels up to 1.4kg, over this weight we will normally ship by courier (DPD) for UK mainland, but not always, for offshore or Highlands, and N.I we will still delivery by Royal Mail.

Orders over £49.00 qualify for Free Standard Delivery

Courier Delivery* if selected is a 'Next Day' (working day) and is provided by DPD courier services, this is NOT a Guaranteed delivery, but has a 96% success ate.

We reserve the right to send parcels by courier even if Royal Mail delivery is selected at checkout. (at no extra charge to the customer)

Cut off time for Despatch is 15.00 (Monday - Friday)

UK.Deliveries are made between 9am-6pm Monday-Friday and may requires a signature. If you are out the driver will put a card through your door and you can collect your parcel from the local depot.

Some deliveries will require a signature on receipt. Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the order.

Cancellation or Changing your order

Once you have placed your order you will be issued with an order number and an email confirmation.

You can cancel from the day you placed the order up to 7 working days after receiving the goods for any reason. We will refund the full amount paid for the goods to you within 30 days. Returning orders or item/s is at the consumer's cost, www.thecoffeepod.co.uk can arrange to collect them, and deduct the direct cost from the refund. Please call us on 01963-31137 or email us at sales@compatiblecoffeepods.co.uk stating your name and invoice number.

Returns

We endeavour to supply only the highest quality products. However, if you are unhappy with the product* in anyway it can be returned to us within 28 days following the steps outlined below, and we will refund the cost of the item.

We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.

Returning orders or item/s is at the consumer's cost. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery. Please return the items to the address shown at the bottom of our delivery note enclosed with your order. Please include the completed returns slip or a piece of paper with your name and address, order number, reason for return and the date on which you receive it.

Faulty Items - If an item is found to be faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason which is our fault, please contact our us on 01963-31137 or by email sales@compatiblecoffeepods.co.uk We will then arrange with you suitable collection or return shipping options. If goods are found to be faulty, which you did not order, or our fault will give you a FULL refund plus any return shipping costs incurred. For electrical items please check or read your manufactures user manual, operators guide or instructions. Most problems can be fixed by following/reading the troubleshooting or FAQ sections.

Contract for the supply goods

No contract for the supply of goods will be deemed to exist between you and compatiblecoffeepods unless, and until, an email is sent by compatiblecoffeepods to you confirming that your order has been shipped. This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by compatiblecoffeepods of your offer to buy goods from compatiblecoffeepods and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the e-mail. compatiblecoffeepods are free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. We may change or withdraw any part of our website, or may refuse you access to the website at any time if we consider it necessary. These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of England. Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
